Clean, large room with a good size bathroom. Nice bedding and a kind of interesting utilitarian decor. Really terrific restaurant in the hotel with very helpful staff, good quality weekday lunch specials and a value for money, breakfast. Very close to everything...Old Bucharest literally on the door step... you can walk to most central sites.

The Europa Royale hotel in Bucharest is a great hotel on a fantastic location at the edge of the old town and very close to Bus and Metro. The service at the reception was great. Especially Bianca and also Ghassan made me feel very welcome instantly and they were very helpful with their answers to all my questions. The room was very nice, clean, quiet and with a perfect airco and comfortable bed. Breakfast offered everything you want. I can really recommend this hotel to everyone who needs a perfect place to stay in Bucharest

Clean, good facilities, great location with the Urbanist bar 10m from the entrance, several nice churches nearby and TONS of bars, including Halftime Pub for sports (4 min), Mister John for wine (4 min), Caru cu bere for the compulsory Romanian dinner in a fantastic setting (7 min), Beer O'Clock for the great domestic craft beer (5 min), Linea - Closer to the Moon (11 min), etc.

The hotel is perfect for anyone who prefers to stay in the heart of the old city and explore the city from that point. Clean rooms and very comfortable beds and pillows. The reception staff extremly helpfull and polite! And a very nice restaurant right next to the hotel. A must try!

We stayed at this hotel twice. Once at the beginning of our trip to Romania and again at the end because we liked it very much. The hotel reception staff, Bianca and Ghassan, were personable, kind, helpful and informative. They answered our questions with consideration and professionalism. The hotel is at a good location on the edge of the Old Town. The rooms were very nice...large, stylish, comfortable and impeccably clean. Quality furnishings throughout. The breakfast was varied and of good quality with good service staff. We also ate dinner outside on the terrace (a good people watching spot) and had drinks there another time. A limited summer menu but the food was very good and of good value with the discount for staying at the hotel. Also, we took advantage of the buy one/get one free Aperol spritzers!

The Europa Royal Bucharest was awesome! We had a very bad apartment rental experience in Bucharest, and were forced to move to a hotel, and we were so glad we ended up at the Europa. Gabriela and Juliana at the front desk were so amazing! They were professional and kind, helped us get into our rooms early, gave us many recommendations for the city, arranged airport transfers for us, and basically saved our stay! The rooms were clean, spacious and had great air conditioning. The hotel was also very centrally located so it was easy to walk to many main sights and restaurants. We will definitely stay here again!

For the price I paid this hotel was absolutely amazing. Most important for me are always location and cleanliness which were both 10/10. Rooms are spacious, clean and well equipped. Some people complain about noise but come on, it's just some music from the street - that's what you get for booking in Old Town, it was not a problem whatsoever. Also the staff was fantastic, special thanks to Bianca and Maria who helped us a lot and accommodated all our requests with a smile:)
